    For shortlisted profiles, a recruiter may initiate a phone interview, technical assessment, or a Skype call.

    Initial Phone Interview

    Someone from our hiring panel conducts a phone interview to make a quick assessment of your competencies, skills, and experience.

    Technical Assessment

    Depending on the position, particularly for technical roles, you may need to complete an online or onsite assessment test to help us determine the level of your technical competencies.

    In-person Interview

    The hiring manager and/or the hiring panel meet you in our office for a detailed discussion to evaluate your fitment from different aspects, including functional, technical, and cultural fitment. It also provides you more insights into the career opportunity.

    Reference Checks

    You may be asked to provide a few references from your reporting manager or seniors from past jobs. The hiring manager or the HR team speaks to these references to ensure a mutual fit.

    Offer & Pre-employment process

    If you are selected for the position, you receive a formal offer of employment. Once you accept the offer, the HR team initiates the pre-employment process and seeks several documents from you to conduct any background checks as per company policy.
